The average detached home price in Barrie was $868,000 from April 30 to May 28. This was down 2.4% from the $906,000 average selling price in Barrie from April 2 to the 30.  A two-bedroom townhouse’s average price dropped from $768,000 three months ago to just over $711,000 this past month.
